1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "the Player", "the User", "you") and bd68 (hereinafter "bd68", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Upon termination of your account for any reason, all outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all pending KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding disputes, chargebacks, or fraud investigations relating to your account.
